Response Lists, have two basic categories:  Inquiries and Mail Order Buyers,  Inquiries are people who. Requested information from a company, but did not buy the product. They may have requested a FREE report, brochure, or catalog. Mail Order Buyers, are people who have "bought" a product through the mail. When renting a list, you can request a list of mail order buyers only. A buyers list may be more expensive then an  inquiries list, but it will work better.
